Panduan Install Vyatta

Download iso versi terbaru dari Vyatta pada http://vyatta.org  Burning ke CD, kemudian booting PC yang akan dijadikan router dari CD ROM (vyatta sangat hemat resource, pengalaman menunjukkan dengan Pentium 4 RAM 256 dan Hardisk 40 GB, Vyatta menunjukkan performance yang cukup baik.

Masukkan username vyatta dan password vyatta (default)

login as: vyatta

password:

Karena masih dalam keadaan booting dari live CD, lakukan reboot.

Setelah reboot masukkan username vyatta dan password yang kita buat tadi.

Ketik configure untuk masuk ke configuration mode
